Install AppSaaz Returns from the Shopify App Store.
Open the app and follow the "Get set up" checklist on the dashboard — set your return rules, enable exchanges and store credit, and share your return portal link.
Your customers can then start a return at your-store.com/apps/returns.

Where do customers start a return? At /apps/returns on your storefront. Add the link to your store navigation, footer, or order emails.

How do I change return windows or reasons? In the app, go to Settings → Policies.

How are refunds and exchanges issued? Through Shopify, using the permissions you granted on install.

How do I remove my data? Uninstalling the app deletes your store's data. You can also email us to request deletion.
