Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AppSaaz Returns ("the App"), operated by Saaz. By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The service

The App provides a self-service returns and exchanges portal for Shopify stores, together with a merchant dashboard to configure rules and process requests. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your installation and for keeping your access secure.

Merchant responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own return, exchange, and refund policies and for their compliance with applicable law.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the rules, reasons, and messaging you configure.
• You are responsible for reviewing and deciding on the requests customers submit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.

Payments and refunds

Money movement — refunds, store credit, and exchange orders — is executed through Shopify using the permissions you grant. We facilitate these actions but are not a payment processor and do not hold funds.

Third-party services

The App relies on Shopify and other providers described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saaz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the service or its users. On uninstall, store data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
